Eligibility and basic requirements

  • A valid driving license (held for at least 1 year).
  • ID card or passport.
  • A valid credit card in the main renter's name.
  • Yes.
  • EU licenses are accepted.
  • Non-Latin licenses require an international driving permit or certified translation.
  • No. Only original physical driving licenses are accepted.
  • Generally 21 years (with at least 1 year valid license).
  • Some categories require 25 or 30 years.
  • Young driver surcharge may apply under 25.
  • Yes, with surcharge.
  • The additional driver must also meet age and license requirements.
  • Usually for 60 minutes after scheduled pickup time.
  • For airport pickup, reservation can be handled by flight number within opening hours.

Winter tires and exclusions

  • In season (Oct 15 - Mar 31) they may be mandatory and chargeable.

Cancellations and refunds

  • For certain bookings, yes.
  • The free cancellation period is always indicated in the booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full charges.
  • Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Exact processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.
  • In case of early return, the fee for the remaining rental period is refunded proportionally if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If no prior notice is given, the possibility and amount of refund are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
